• Picking up your badge:
  • You must show the countermark received by e-mail or available in your account to pick up your badge (printed or on your smartphone).
  • To save some time on Thursday morning, pick up your Zen or Zen+ badge on Wednesday from 2.00 to 7.00 pm at the reception desk set at gate 3.
  • From Thursday on, you can pick up your badge at the desk set up in the Zen & Zen+ line in hall 7.
• Unlimited entrances and exits: please scan your badge every time you go in and out at the special exit located near hall 4, on the right hand side of the public exit.
• Gifts: you must collect them at the Festival Official Gift Shop, booth A642 in hall 6.

• Reserved seats for the ECG events: you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to get your seat.
• Free checkroom for Zen+ Confort tickets: tokens are given on the first day
