An OVA to celebrate 25 years

Here is a magnificent film produced by Japan Expo and Transdyne studio. 

•  Eddie MEHONG: Founder/CEO and producer

Eddie began his career in France as a designer on Martin Mystere and then moved to Japan in 2003 to become an animator. In 2012, he became producer/animator at the Yapiko studio, then opened another studio in Japan: Echelle Animation, and now Transdyne, which he founded with two Japanese producers.

• Nobuyoshi HABARA: Director

A leading figure in Japanese animation for over four decades, he has worked as an animator, character and mecha designer, and director. Throughout his career, he has left his mark on a wide range of productions, from Revenge of the Gobots to Broken Blade, not to mention My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's.

• CHAFIK: Production Assistant 

Chafik worked at Toei Animation Studio on One Piece as a seisaku shinko, or production assistant. He is currently an enshutsu (art director, director) at Transdyne Studio.

•   Shumpei SAWA: Executive Producer

Shumpei Sawa is a production manager who has collaborated with Pierrot Studio on various animation projects as well as with Bakka Studio. He is the co-founder of Transdyne Studio.

• Hiroshi SHIMIZU: animator

With an incredible list of anime to his credit, Hiroshi Shimizu has worked with the biggest names and on the most popular works. Animator on numerous Ghibli films, such as Princess Mononoke, Pom Poko, Porco Rosso, Only Yesterday, and My Neighbors the Yamadas, he has also been character designer for several series (Michiko to Hatchin, Megalobox), animation director on Pluto, and storyboarder on Tatami Galaxy.  

• Umi-kun: music

Umikun is dedicated to music composition, video games, and anime, gradually developing his artistic universe. He also has a career as a YouTuber and music creator, and participates in other creative projects, such as television appearances and collaborations with fashion brands, confirming his versatile and promising talent.
