Branchez les guitares! the Sixth Lie are back!
Internationally renowned, this electro-influenced band has collaborated on several anime tie-ups. Their concert will be one of the festival's major events.
Formed in 2015, The Sixth Lie is an electro-rock band composed of three members: Arata (vocals), Reiji (guitar, synth), and Ray (percussion, samples).
They quickly rose to fame with Hibana in 2018, which served as the first ending theme for the anime Golden Kamuy.
After a world tour, including memorable concerts at Japan Expo in 2018 and 2019, the band has had a string of hits, including Shadow is the Light, the opening theme for A Certain Scientific Accelerator, and Yuusetsu, the third ending theme for Golden Kamuy.
In recent years, they have also performed Level, the opening theme for The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt, in collaboration with Yanaginagi. In 2025, they are also behind Crossbirth, the ending theme for Grisaia: Phantom Trigger.
The Sixth Lie is very happy to return to Japan Expo for a show that promises to be a great one.
