Yûsuke KOZAKI, chara-design and manga!
Fire Emblem, No More Heroes, Pokémon Go: so many iconic video games which have in common their chara-designer, Yûsuke KOZAKI, whom Japan Expo is delighted to welcome this summer: meet this amazing artist!
Yûsuke KOZAKI has illustrated himself in manga, anime, and video games as a chara-designer. He started in the latter field in 2005, soon displaying his talent with the No More Heroes franchise, with several games of the Fire Emblem series, or recently with Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He has also been part of the huge mobile game success that conquered millions of fans worldwide: Pokémon Go!
Alongside his work on video games, Yûsuke KOZAKI keeps working on manga and animation. As his manga Donyatsu, started in 2011, is still going on, he also worked on the animation film Human Lost, released in late 2019 and adapted from a novel by Osamu DAZAI.
Yûsuke KOZAKI will be meeting you at Japan Expo for signing sessions and two conferences, one of them followed by a live drawing!
Signing sessions:
- Thursday, 14th of July from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm
- Saturday, 16th of July from 10.45 am to 11.45 am and from 2 pm to 3 pm
- Sunday, 17th July from 1 pm to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 5 pm
Conference :
- Followed by a live drawing, Thursday, 14th of July from 1.15 pm to 2.30 pm
- Simple conference, Sunday, 17th of July from 3 pm to 3.45 pm
