As we've explained Japan Expo is deeply impacted by the covid crisis.
Our purpose is to gather members from our community and have them enjoy the contents we love. And, for the moment, it is kind of complicated to meet, right ?!
We heartfully thank all the people who were able to postpone their tickets to next year. Many of you also ask spontaneously if they could help, donate money ... we have been touched by such displays of generosity and kindness from the community, and it reminded us why we love so much our community.
We are spent most of the last months to organize ourselves, adapt to the new situation, and take all actions needed to survive and to protect as many jobs as we could, in order to prepare for Japan Expo 2021.

We have given a lot of thoughts to how to keep the connection with you and Japan Expo brand alive and well. We shared a few videos. But beyond that, we remembered that you enjoyed very much the giftboxes we proposed for the 20th Anniversary.
You buy a box for an amount of money, and we fill the box with treasures we got from the exhibitors, the guests, or the original goods from Japan Expo. We make sure that you get at least twice the value in goods that you invested in money.

In order to get your box in time for christmas, except postal misconducts, you have to order your box before December 10th, 2020. Orders after this dates will be sent after that.
