Group quotes and rates
Each ticket is sold at the same unit price for everyone, except for the limited Jônin, Chûnin, and Genin discounted tickets, which can be obtained by booking as early as possible, while stocks last.
Japan Expo does not offer any specific group rates.
However, you may purchase as many tickets as needed directly from the ticketing website, with a limit of 19 tickets per order and payment by credit card only.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can request a group quote at the following address: assistance_visiteurs@sefa-event.com, and then reserve as many entry tickets as required.
To issue the quote, please provide the following information:
- Name of the entity or company to be invoiced
- SIRET number
- Intra-community VAT number (if applicable)
- Billing address
- Full name of the contact person
- Contact phone number
- Date(s) you plan to attend the festival
- Number of tickets requested
We also recommend sending a document proving the existence of your organization (such as a K-Bis, Sirene, etc.) dated within the last three months.
Important!
We only accept payments by bank transfer.
We do not accept payments in cash, by check, or by administrative mandate.
Payment must be completed before the festival, and the tickets will be sent by email once the payment has been received.
