Japan Expo is delighted to welcome the co-creator and director of the successful anime Yuri!!! On ICE: Sayo YAMAMOTO will be attending the festival to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Japanese animation with screenwriter Mitsuro KUBO!

If Sayo YAMAMOTO got her first big success as a director with Yuri!!! On ICE, she had showed her talent more than once before on many anime, as a storyboarder or episode director. Let’s mention Samurai Champloo, or Space Dandy, though there are many more.
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Japanese animation, Sayo YAMAMOTO is meeting you at a signing, accompanied by Yuri!!! On ICE screenwriter, Mitsuro KUBO.
