Naoki YOSHIDA begins his career in the world of video games by working on many episodes of the video game franchise Bomberman. Later, with Square Enix, he starts working on Dragon Quest. He was the producer of the two Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road, both released on Arcade.
Soon, he is personally chosen by the president of Square Enix, Yôichi WADA, to become the new team leader of Final Fantasy XIV. Not only does he manages and oversees a series of updates for the game in activity, but he also deals with the development of a whole new version, named A Realm reborn.
