KAMIJO at signing sessions - For draws
The festival’s 15th Impact has a big surprise in store for all the J-symphonic rock fans out there: the singer KAMIJO, a major figure of the visual kei world, comes to Japan Expo for a signing session!
It was with the band LAREINE that KAMIJO started his career as a singer in 1999, under the label SME Records. But in 2007, after a long period during which LAREINE was inactive, he formed the band Versailles and became a real active presence on stages, not only in Japan but also internationally. The band also wrote the official soundtrack of a movie, before splitting after a gig at the NHK hall in Tôkyô: a big disappointment for their fans.
But on January 26 of 2013, KAMIJO announced he were going to start his solo project, with the single Louis?enketsu no la vie en rose. On March 5 of 2014, he signs with the label Warner Music Japan and releases a mini-album: Symphony of the Vampire.
For his first solo live concert in Europe, he comes at the Divin du Monde venue: one and only date, for a magical performance for sure. And Japan Expo has the pleasure to welcome him during a signing session on Thursday, July 3rd 2014!
