Japan Expo’s 2019 App new features
After installing the app, discover all you can do with it!
You can now use the same account on our website and on the app. Use your website login and password to log in to the app.
Attention: the accounts created on the former app are no longer available.
Any ticket you bought online on Japan Expo’s website is related to the buyer’s account and available on the app in the My Tickets section of your Profile.
You can show your tickets on the app at the festival entrance.
If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, you can do it with the app. Tickets for the extra events are also available on the app.
Don’t miss any of our announcements with the News feature.
Use the filters to sort the news which are the most interesting to you.
If you want to have a look at the festival Schedule, click the dedicated icon!
Use the filters for faster searches (by stages, days, or themes), then save the events you want to attend in your Personal Schedule. Your Schedule (in the general Schedule section) allows you to organize your visit.
Each guest’s schedule is also available for their personal pages, which you can access from the Guests section.
The Exhibitors are also listed in the dedicated section on the app. You can browse through them or sort them by categories (cosplay, lifestyle, music…).
- Interactive Floor Map
During the festival, the app proposes a Map feature: wherever you want to go, it gives you the itinerary you have to follow. Choose the booth or stage where you want to go and follow the guide!
- Important: the app can be used offline
At any time, you can:
- Get your personal schedule.
- Get notifications about the events in your personal schedule.
And as ever
Some things don’t change. You can still read the festival general information from the homepage, including about directions to Japan Expo, opening hours, or signings!
Daisuki are still there too, to make a list of your favorites: the guests you want to meet, the news you want to keep in mind, an exhibitor you must visit... The list is available from the homepage in My Daisuki.
