Since 2014, chef and pop culture expert Thibaud Villanova has been creating recipes inspired by the greatest references in cinema, TV series, manga, fantasy literature and video games. With Gastronogeek, he has already published over 19 cookbooks with over 600,000 copies sold in France.
At Japan Expo, he will be on the Washoku stage to give cooking demonstrations with various guests (Vicke Blanka, Marie Palot, Adeline Chetail). He presents his new hors d'oeuvre, KDrama - Les meilleures recettes des séries coréennes, a Korean recipe book written in collaboration with Marie Palot.
