Activities with SQUARE ENIX
The video games editor SQUARE ENIX is waiting for you at Japan Expo and has surprises for you on their booths with more than 70 gaming consoles. Come to participate in activities, gaming sessions and even card games, in a friendly atmosphere.
Japan Expo attendees are waited on the B642 booth within Hall 6 to attend numerous activities linked with some of SQUARE ENIX key games!
FINAL FANTASY
Fans of FINAL FANTASY XIV Online, the critically-acclaimed MMO gathering more than sixteen million registered users worldwide, will be able to discover the highly anticipated third expansion FINAL FANTASY XIV: SHADOWBRINGERS™. Players will have the chance to fight Titania & Yojimbo on one of the 48 dedicated stations during epic Battle Challenges. Winners will take home the famous “I BEAT” t-shirt.
Many other surprises await visitors of the show: a dedicated area composed of 16 stations will allow visitors to discover the brand new expansion Shadowbringers and play together. All participants will get a Starter Edition (PC /PS4) and a Shadowbringers lanyard.
DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS™ 2
For the first time in Europe, visitors will play DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS™ 2 on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system. The playable demo at the show will give builders a taste of the gameplay while introducing the brand new story and character designs from Akira Toriyama, as they prepare in their battle against the Children of Hargon to bring the power of creation back to the land.
A dedicated photocall will also be available on the SQUARE ENIX booth for every fan to bring home a souvenir from the DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2 universe.
DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2 features a charming single player story as well as an all-new multiplayer mode allowing builders to join together to collaborate on the most amazing creations provides an experience that’s sure to satisfy both fresh-faced builders and DRAGON QUEST® veterans alike.

A new space dedicated to board games will be available on the booth. Visitors will be able to try all the latest releases, among which are Tomb Raider Legends: The board game, and Chocobo Party Up!
The latest novelties from the FINAL FANTASY Trading Card Game will also be playable. Team leaders will be happy to show the games to newcomers but also face more seasoned players!
