- Admission to the festival is free for companions of visitors with disabilities (one adult companion per person) upon presentation of a disability card marked “requires assistance” or “blindness.”
- Free tickets are issued exclusively at the Ticket Assistance desk in Hall 7.
- You must collect them before joining the entrance queues.
- The free ticket will only be given to the companion if the person with reduced mobility holds a valid ticket:
- 1 purchased ticket = 1 free companion ticket.
- A priority line is available to help these visitors avoid long waits.
Please note that this queue is located in Hall 7, along with the other entrance lines. - Visitors with other disabilities, pregnant women, families with children under 3 years old, or anyone who has difficulty standing for long periods may also use this priority line.
- A supporting document (disability card or medical certificate) will be required.
- For the visitors mentioned above, entry begins at 9:30 AM provided they hold a valid ticket.
- To benefit from discounted rates, please purchase your tickets in advance (pre-sale).
