Sarah Àlainn
Raised in Australia and Japan, and almost born in France, this singer has lent her voice to many anime and video games.
Sarah Àlainn is the singing voice behind Xenoblade Chronicles, The Promised Neverland, Monster Hunter, and Eiyuden Chronicle.
A singer, violinist, and multi-instrumentalist who has lived between Australia and Japan, Sarah Àlainn was discovered by renowned composer Yasunori Mitsuda, who entrusted her with the ending theme of Xenoblade Chronicles while she was still a student at the University of Tokyo. Over the years, she has become a muse for many composers in the world of video game and anime music.
After performing the iconic Isabella’s Lullaby from the anime The Promised Neverland—which has garnered over 100 million streams—she went on to contribute to major titles such as Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak and Eiyuden Chronicle.
Sarah Àlainn (pronounced "Olein") has also hosted her own radio show on Japanese airwaves for over ten years and frequently appears on NHK and Fuji TV.
At Japan Expo, she performs some of her most memorable songs.
