Julia Richard
Meet Julia Richard, the author behind Paternoster.
Posted on
Born in 1990, Julia Richard spent most of her childhood between Holland, Gabon and Libya. She discovered writing at the age of 8 as part of a competition on the theme of the year 2000. On this occasion, she wrote a composition about an invasion of aliens, Titanic zombies and carnivorous plants. She subsequently - somewhat - mellowed, and, after publishing her first novel in 2016, with Carne she offers a tale of biting fantasy.
At Japan Expo, she presents her latest novel, Paternoster, a powerful social fable about the social injunctions imposed on women in modern society.
