From the young man who knew nothing about the world of manga to the creation of a publishing company, from the enormous commercial successes to the publication of more personal series, from the long-standing relationship with Nobuhiko Horie to the emergence of outstanding talents in his studio, a lot of time has passed... In the space of four decades, Tsukasa Hôjô has become one of the major figures of the ninth art.

Enjoy an extensive exhibition of over 400m² to discover a leading mangaka of the 80s. From his cult works such as Cat's Eye, City Hunter, Family Compo, and Angel Heart to his more personal short stories, discover through Tsukasa Hôjô, special exhibition the whole career of this famous mangaka.

Stroll through the streets of Tokyo that we have recreated for you. In the Cat's Eye café, you will be welcomed by three charming waitresses (who turn into skilled thieves at night). Then stroll through a labyrinth of small streets to the famous Shinjuku district, where the renowned cleaner, Ryo Saeba, has his offices. At the foot of his apartment, you can take a picture of the mythical car of the Shinjuku cleaner, a red Mini Cooper. In case of a problem, you can always call on the legendary couple composed of Kaori and Ryo by writing a message on the board of the Shinjuku station.

Reproductions of Tsukasa Hôjô's illustrations and explanations will allow you to discover or rediscover the rich and classic work of the mangaka. You can also find replicas of original pages from his main series to better understand the finesse and the genius of Tsukasa Hôjô.
