Biography
Shoji MURAHAMA was born in 1964, on May 25 in Osaka prefecture in Japan. This animation movie producer is the founder of LAMBDA Films and GONZO. In 1987, he joined the company GAINAX before founding his own animation studio, GONZO, in 1992, which he quit in 2009. He founded a new animation studio called LAMBDA Films and started teaching in vocational schools in parallel. In 2011, LAMBDA Film changed its name to LMD. Then, Shoji MURAHAMA joined the animation studio company EMON, a subsidiary of the Chinese company HAOLINERS, in October 2015.
Shoji MURAHAMA has worked on many Japanese animation movies or series like Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honnêamise, Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, Vandread , Hellsing, Brave Story, Samurai 7, and more!
