Manga artist Daisuke Igarashi is best known for his gentle stories that are always close to nature.
Children of the Sea has gained a cult following around the world, especially after its adaptation into an animated film. It explores the impact of humans on the oceans through the eyes of two children from different worlds.
Igarashi himself moved away from the city to live in a small rural town, an experience he recounts in Petite Forêt.
These works are published in Delcourt-Tonkam's Moonlight collection, including its new title Kamakura Bakeneko Club.
