After starting his solo career at only 20 years old, Yohei ONISHI created his band, Miracle Chimpanzee in 2013.
He mainly performs tokusatsu credits, a contraction of tokushu satsuei which means "special effects", is the generic name for all video productions that use special effects and the aesthetics related to these productions.
It is also through songs related to Japanese culture that he takes you into the world of "anison" (contraction of the words anime and song), which has become a musical genre in its own right.
At Japan Expo, he will perform on stage on Friday 15 July at 3.30 p.m. and on Saturday 16 July at 2.45 p.m. for a show shared with Singing Cosplayer Hikari and Enzo RATSITO, creative director at Crunchyroll! You can also meet Yohei ONISHI during signing sessions in the Sumire area:
