Last advice to get ready
One day before the festival, some last advice to get ready!
- Presale tickets
To get in from 1.00 pm tomorrow and from 9.00 am on the other days, one hour before the registers open, you can still buy presale tickets until tonight, 11.59 pm.
- Tickets on site
From tomorrow on, the festival registers are open to get tickets from 2.00 pm. On the following days, from 10.00 am.
You can pay with with cash or a credit card; checks are not accepted.
- How to access Japan Expo
Prepare your trip on this page.
If you're driving to Japan Expo, you can park on the attendees' parking lot. Shuttles take you from the parking lot to Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhbition Center.
If you're coming from Paris with the RER train, have a look at the website RATP.
- Lines
The lines are in Hall 7 and thus are sheltered. You don't have to worry about the weather, whatever it's like.
When you are in Hall 7, you will be lead into the right line, depending on whether you have a 1-day ticket, a 4- or 5-day pass, a Premium Ticket, or you have to go to the registers.
A special line is dedicated to disabled people at Gate 3.
- ATM
There are ATMs at the entrances of Hall 5A and Hall 6. Generally speaking, you should take cash, if ATMs are crowded: some booths don't accept credit cards.
