malca was created in June, 2011 but got its current compisition in 2013 with Toda YÛTA (vocals and guitar), Satô SHUNSUKE (guitar), Nagata NOZOMI (bass and chorus), and Yamada KÔJIRÔ(drums and chorus).
The band’s style is quite original: valse hard core. In 2012, they released their first EP,pessimum, and in 2013, their first mini-album, p.s homecoming, with STROKE RECORDS.
In January 2014, malca organized an event at CRAWL club in Shibuya for the release of p.s homecoming, in which Told, TOKYOGUM, The nonnon or food:MagicalFatGarden took part as guests.
malca’s music is captivating thanks to irregular and uncommon rhythms, Toda’s original voice, as well as tunes and a vision of the world that can’t be found anywhere else.
