Over the years, cosplay has increased in popularity at Japan Expo. More and more cosplay events are being organized throughout the festival to allow visitors to enjoy this (originally) Japanese trend to the fullest!
Talented cosplayers are put in the spotlight on the Ichigo stage, the biggest European cosplay scene, and thousands of visitors come to cheer them on and give a unique atmosphere to this animated show! The entrance is free and doesn't require a reservation.

Amazing is the space reserved for pop culture from all over the world, without limitations to Japanese culture! We are expecting a festival of Marvel, Harry Potter, or Star Wars cosplays!
How to participate
- You must register to enter Cosplay Shows
- Registrations will be open from June 4th through July 1st.
- Cosplayers entering the Cosplay Shows have access to dedicated changing rooms
