Shiatsu is essentially a technique of stablecontinuous pressures. They are applied with the fingers to the meridians or acupuncture points along them. These pressures aim to rebalance the circulation of ki to prevent or repair organic dysfunctions.

IokaÏ Shiatsu is a healing method based on the Japanese tradition led by Shizuto Masunaga in the 50s. Iokaï is a way of helping people with the hands, profoundly improving physical and energetic health, and keeping an open mind in touch with the body.

Do-In is an easily accessible practice, suitable for everyone at any age, to facilitate relaxation and the development of bodily capacities for flexibility and self-awareness. Regular practice improves vitality and adaptation to the environment. As part of this preventive body training, the exercise is considered effective when the breathing that accompanies it becomes natural

Iokaï Shiatsu treatments will be organized every 30 minutes all day, as well as at least two presentations of Do-Inenergetic exercises designed to strengthen healthbreathingjointsand good mood. And let's not forget their introduction to various training courses as Do-In animators and Iokaï Shiatsu practitioners.
