The association Kaokig promotes Animegao Kigurumi to the public.
Animegao Kigurumi is a particular type of cosplay. Its name means anime face (Animegao) and cartoon-character costume (Kigurumi). Cosplayers wear manga or anime masks to portray anime or cartoon characters in the real world.
This type of cosplay comes from Japan and is used by professionals (like at a previous edition of Japan Expo with mascots cosplayed with One Piece masks to promote the anime) as well as fans.
Program
Come meet Kaokig's team on their booth where they will have ready for you a special Animegao Kigurumi program:
- Visit the Animegao Kigurumi exhibit
- Take pictures of you with your favorite characters on the photo booth
- Try on a mask if you dare!
- come chat with the cosplayers at the booth to learn more about Animegao Kigurimi
