A: These messages being sent automatically, some e-mail boxes may consider them as suspect. Don’t forget to check your junk e-mails.
Q: I already have an account on Japan Expo Sud's website. Should I create another one for Japan Expo?
A: No. You can use the same log in information for all Japan Expo festival websites.
Q: I forgot my password… What should I do?
A: Go to the page “Forgot your password?“ and follow the instructions. If you can't find it, check your junk e-mails.
Q: What is the difference between the avatar and the photo I have to upload on my account?
A: The avatar will be used for all your comments but if you buy tickets, and the photo when you buy tickets on our website (click here to know about the specs of the photo you need to add).
Q: What is the purpose of newsletters?
A: If you subscribe to our newsletters, you will receive exclusive news about the festival in your e-mail box.

A: You just have to enter your e-mail address and the password you chose when you created your account.

A: Thanks to your Daisuki:
- You share your favorite contents with the community.
- We know you better and can adapt the festival programming to your tastes.
- Clicking on Daisuki is also a way of telling the artists that you can’t wait for their coming.
- Eventually, you’ll find all the pages you’ve liked with Daisuki in your user account: this way, you have a list of your favorite contents ready!
Q: How can I add an event to my personalized schedule?
A: You just have to go to the “schedule” page and click on “add to schedule” on the events you want to attend. All the events you added to your schedule can be found in your dashboard.
Q: Where are my personalized schedule, the list of events I liked (Daisuki) and the tickets I bought?
A: You just have to click at the top of the website, near your username.
