You’re a fan of Japan, its culture, and the themes featured at Japan Expo? You’d love to share this passion with the thousands of attendees of the festival, on stage or with activities proposed on a booth? Then why not take part in Japan Expo?!

In your message, please:
- Mention "Japan Expo" in the subject.
- Explain your project in detail, mentioning whether it is a booth activity (exhibit, presentation, workshop, initiation…) or a stage event (show, panel, game…), or if you’re interested by both options.
- Specify if you’re an association, a company, or a solo participant.
- Give us your contact information.
Our team in charge of the festival programming will study your project and get back to you as soon as possible.
