Shiatsu appeared in Japan in the early 20th century - shi means finger and atsu pressure - this simple and natural discipline consists of applying pressure on the whole body in order to relieve tensions, strain, pain and activate our vital force, both physical and spiritual.
Shiatsu can be practised by everyone – this popular art can be performed with your family, your lover or your friends in order to relax, but also to develop our understanding of ourselves. In Japan, it is said that "shiatsu is like maternal affection, the hand pressure makes life pour out."
The Iokaï Shiatsu Paris association experts also perform do in, a collective discipline aiming at the relaxation of the body.
Come to the association booth to enjoy
