Coming from the Shinjo River, in the city of Susaki, Shinjo-kun is not only the mascot of a whole city, he’s also the mascot of a whole species, sadly extinguished nowadays. That is why Shinjo-kun travels the world looking for new friends – otters or humans – while showing all the wealth coming from his region!
