If you're a fan of the Dreamland series, then don't miss its author, Reno Lemaire, who will be attending Japan Expo as Pika Édition's guest and will be meeting you to sign your favorite volume of the manga!
profile
Reno Lemaire is a French artist. He had been dreaming of drawing comics forever and though he discovered manga quite late, he got very interested: the style, the dynamics, the format made him turn to manga.
As a reader of Shônen Collection, he proposed a project to the publisher Pika Édition in 2004, and started being pre-published in 2005. Reno Lemaire finds inspiration in video games, American comics and a few French and Belgian authors. Dreamland is his first published work.
Meet Reno Lemaire at signings at Pika Édition's booth! We'll tell you more about his program very soon.

As more volumes were published, Reno Lemaire developed his characters, keeping the shônen spirit of his story alive. The heroes have grown up, graduated (well, almost all of them!), but are still looking for Edenia in Dreamland.
The Dreamland series has 17 volumes. The 18th volume, Bastonnade, will be released on July 4, just in time for the festival!
