Kalon
Manga illustrator Kalon is introducing her latest manga, Versus Fighting Story, at a panel organized by publisher Glénat!
Biography
Kalon was born in the late 70s. She witnessed the arrival of Japanimation in France, the first shops selling manga imported from Japan, and the first conventions. At the time, she created an association with a few friends to publish SPIRIT, one of the first fanzines.
When the manga wave unfurled over France, she turned to European and American comics, discovering new codes. Kalon published the first chapter of MC Wedding in the magazine Yumi. This story will later be published as e-DYLLE by Humanoïdes Associés, the publisher who also released her series Love I.N.C.
Kalon worked on Versus Fighting Story alongside the writer Izu and will be telling you more about this manga at a panel!
