JAPANESE LINOCUT

François Pache, linocut artist and craftsman, is inspired by the sober, refined beauty of Japan to create unique linocuts. Each piece is hand-engraved and printed on mulberry paper, in limited editions. Her work blends tradition and contemporary sensibility, with motifs that evoke nature, calm and Japanese elegance.

On site, you can discover a selection of his works on display, talk to François and Sophie, his wife, and even leave with a print if you fall in love. It's a great opportunity to talk about art, Japan and passionate handwork.

François Pache is an artist-engraver and craftsman specializing in traditional linocuts inspired by Japan. In his studio, he creates original prints that combine landscapes, symbols and Japanese atmospheres, in a style that is at once pure, poetic and deeply graphic. Each work is engraved and then printed by hand, in limited series, on carefully selected Japanese mulberry paper.

Sophie, his partner, accompanies him in this creative and artisanal adventure, taking particular care over the finishing, presentation and distribution of the engravings. Together, they form a complementary duo, committed to the values of handmade, sincere craftsmanship.

The world of Japanese Linocut invites contemplation and escape: a bridge between Japanese tradition and contemporary sensibility, between nature, spirituality and the art of gesture.
