Tip #11 Japan Expo for people with disabilities
We’re doing our best to welcome people with disabilities and help them enjoy their visit. Here’s a recap of what you should know to get ready!

When you arrive
- Shuttles take you from the car park to the entrance, by calling the phone number given to you at the entrance. More information
- At the entrance, priority lines are set up for less waiting. More information
- New! A Troubleshooting Desk will welcome people allowed to have a free ticket for their companion and hand them out their free ticket before going to the priority line. More information
Inside the festival
- People with disabilities have access to all the festival’s programming.
- Stages have reserved seats and places for people with disabilities.
- The staff members are always available to answer their questions and help them if needed.
