The Ichigo Stage, one of the biggest auditoriums in the Paris region!
With a capacity of 14,000, the Ichigo Stage rises for the four days of the festival to the level of 3rd biggest auditorium in the Paris region: fully transformed for the 20th Anniversary of Japan Expo, it hosted hundreds of artists, like the 40 dancers from the Ballet Dragon Quest!
With its 550 sqm, a 44-meter stage opening (twice as big as it used to be), 117 spotlights, three landings, and three screens, the Ichigo Stage showed a brand new face! Improvements which highlighted the many artists featured on stage and which contributed to a better visibility for the audience, up to 14,000 people at some events.
The Ichigo Stage program was made of 27 events back in July 2019, from The Greatest Cosplay Show celebrating 20 years of cosplay at Japan Expo to the blazing performance of KAMUI and Mika KOBAYASHI, the mascots’show, the Ballet Dragon Quest, and the much-expected European Cosplay Gathering finals!
