Festival tip : attendees' entrance
All visitors are welcome at Japan Expo! Here are some answers to the questions you may have to prepare your visit, especially if you want to come with children or if you have a motor handicap.
After security checks, ALL attendees are guided to hall 7 where attendees are distributed in several lines depending on their type of ticket:
- An orange line for people with 1-day tickets
- A red line for people with 4-day passes
- A purple line for Zen and Zen+ Ticket owners
- A blue line for priority people, whether disabled, with strollers or young children, or who can’t keep standing, and pregnant women
People with reduced mobility
For these people, the entrance starts from 9:00 am if they have a ticket. If your disability card bears one of the following mentions: "need for accompaniment" or "blindness", an accompanying adult (+18) is entitled to free admission. You will be asked for proof at the entrance.

children entrance
Admission to the festival is free for children under 8 years old. You will be asked to show proof of age at the entrance. Free tickets allow to enter the festival from 9am. A nursery is available in Hall 6, near the Info desk. Psst... The Info Desk is also the place to go for lost children!
