ECG Season 9: here come the Italian contestants!

The ECG stopped over in Lucca in Italy last weekend, at Lucca Comics & Games. That’s where the Italian selections of the contest Season 9 took place and we are glad to introduce the winners:

• In the solo category, Diecpz as Alphonse from Fullmetal Alchemist.
• In the group category, Manu Mindfreak, Misa, and Sho in costumes from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Let’s cheer the finalists who we’ll meet again in July 2019 at Japan Expo! Let's have a look at all of the representatives selected so far on this page.

We’ll also tell you soon about the result of the Spanish selections that took place on the same weekend as the Italian ones at Salon del Manga Barcelona. As for the next selections, they will be set on the weekend of le week-end Nov. 30-Dec. 3 at Dreamhack Winter in Sweden.
