Discover the Child of Kamiari Month movie
In Japan, it is said that 8 million gods are in everything and in October they all gather together in the region of Izumo. Based on this singular legend, the animation movie introduced at Japan Expo: Child of Kamiari Month, depicts the charm of the Land of the Rising Sun.
With only a few sketches at the beginning, the Kamiari Project was launched in July 2018 with the pre-production of the movie Child of Kamiari Month or Kamiarizuki no Kodomo, scheduled for autumn 2020. This movie tells the story of a young girl mysteriously drawn to the region of Izumo, and her journey through Japan during which she goes from discoveries to encounters, searching for answers.
Focusing on Japanese folklore, discover the Kamiari Project during a conference with the creative team of the movie, including its creator Toshinari SHINOHE. Also, enjoy watching the dancer BANG and his troupe, the Bang Family, into a show based on the vision of the world brought by Child of Kamiari Month.
