Harpist, singer, composer, and songwriter, Cécile CORBEL draws on the Arthurian tales, the atmosphere of Breton moors, and ancient legends. It results in music between country folk and mystical pop, a dreamy atmosphere that shows in Arrietty, by director Hiromasa YONEBAYASHI from a script by Hayao MIYAZAKI. She was many times rewarded for the film soundtrack, with two Gold Discs and the Soundtrack of the Year Award 2010 in Japan.
