Behind the scenes at studio XEBEC
In partnership with studio XEBEC, Japan Expo is unveiling what goes on behind the scenes in a Japanese animation studio when making an anime!

Two years ago, Japan Expo undertook to show you how anime are made in the exhibit How to Make an Anime - Season 1 with STUDIO4°C. The project goes on this year with How to Make an Anime - Season 2, realized in collaboration with studio XEBEC. This exhibit will focus on the anime STAR BLAZERS 2202 – the director of which, Nobuyoshi HABARA, and two animators, Chizuru KOBAYASHI and Takumo NORITA will be attending the festival. Preproduction, direction, postproduction: every step is explained to better immerse you into the world of an animation studio!
