Forbidden items

A number of items are forbidden in the framework of the festival’s security measures.

Attention! The following list is not exhaustive and security agents on site are the only ones who have power to tell if an object is allowed in or not.

Weapons & weapon replicas

 
 

The following are forbidden:

  • All weapons of any kind and all fake replicas, including
    • Katana and swords, and their metal replicas 
    • All explosives or explosive replicas
    • Bokken, as well as all blunt instruments and their replicas (such as baseball bats...)
    • Airsoft-like weapons
    • Military, police squad, and similar uniforms
    • Nerf-like blasters including metal parts (Nerf blasters are allowed in if they're all made of plastic, on the condition that you don't have darts)
    • Penknives, pocket knives, Swiss army knives, and all sharp items

 

ONLY HARMLESS REPLICAS OF FANTASY WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED, ON THE CONDITION THAT THEY BEAR STRICTLY NON RESEMBLANCE WITH A REAL WEAPON.

Metal

Metal items or items including metal parts are forbidden. 

Some small metal items or items with small metal parts may be allowed in, like jewels, baubles, clasps, bra or corset underwiring, belt buckles. We remind you that on site, only security agents can tell which items are allowed in or not.

Bags & luggage

 
 
 
 

The following are forbidden:

  • All bags of a capacity of more than 25L
  • Hold baggage (over 55cm x 35cm x 25cm)

The following are allowed in:

  • Bags of a capacity under 25L (cabin bags)
  • Baggage under the size of a cabin baggage (55cm x 35cm x 25cm) or under
  • Cool bags of a capacity under 25L

Bottles & drinks

 
 
 

The following are forbidden:

  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Bottles without corks
  • Glass bottles
  • Glasses and glass items

The following are allowed in:

  • Cans, carton juice, and flasks (except if containing alcoholic drinks)
  • Iceboxes
  • Plastic bottles with their cork (except if containing alcoholic drinks)

Accessories

 
 
 

The following are forbidden:

  • Rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, and scooters
  • Sound instruments such as foghorns, megaphones, and drums
  • Tools
 
 
 

The following are allowed in:

  • Deodorant sprays and water sprays
  • Laptops, netbooks, and tablets
  • Motorcycle helmets
  • Photo cameras and zooms
  • Security shoes
 
 
 
  • Sewing kits
  • Strollers and baby carriages
  • Tripods, selfie sticks, video/photo stabilizers
  • Umbrellas

Checkrooms & changing rooms



Checkrooms and changing rooms are made available before security checks to allow you to leave forbidden items and to put on your costumes before entering the festival.
