More than a simple 'Cuisinier', Éric TROCHON lives with a philosophy that allows him to express his creativity as a Consulting Chef at his restaurant Semilla, Culinary Consultant, Food stylist and Professor at Ferrandi, Paris.

Born and based in Paris, he travels a lot to new professional adventures in India, China, Korea, Singapore, and probably his most exciting culinary rendez-vous, Japan.

His talents have been associated with Chefs like Paul BOCUSE, Joël ROBUCHON, Pierre GAGNAIRE, Alain SENDERENS, and more, and photographs like Peter LIPPMANN, Éric FÉNOT, Jacques GAVARD, etc.
