Tokyo Candoll
As an official Japan Expo event, the idol contest Tokyo Candoll is to fill you with emotions and suspense until the last moment, up to the winner’s show on Japan Expo’s stage!
Presentation
The idol contest Tokyo Candoll associates with Japan Expo. Launched on February 24, 2015, the competition is open to all Japanese idols, whether in bands or solo singers.
The competition has started with 94 bands and singers. After 4 selection stages, only one band or artist will remain, who will perform on Japan Expo’s stage next summer.

The Tokyo Candoll contest has chosen its winners: after several weeks of selections, the idols from the band Luce Twinkle Wink☆ are meeting you for a punchy and kawaii show! Congrats for winning the competition!

The other entrants
During the first selection stage, the bands and singers were given 20 minutes to give their best. At the end of each performance, after the artists had gone away, the audience voted, being allowed to vote for several entrants. Then the votes were counted, and the results announced on stage to the audience and to the artists.
After the first stage, 57 artists have been chosen to keep on with the quarter finals. After this, half the entrants will remain in the competition, after 6 days’ selections.
