NEO Ballad

NEO Ballad is a Japanese traditional music group of a new kind, made up of two artists from very different musical backgrounds. Sachi WASAKA is a singer with a very powerful voice from the Fukushima prefecture, she won the National Traditional Songs Contest in Japan. Senju-Kannon, whose real name is Wataru KAMIRIYO (ex-member of the group GRASS VALLEY), accompanies Sachi with digital percussions.

This marriage between traditional songs and western techno-rock music creates a unique and avant-gardiste genre, expressing a feeling of nostalgia through novelty.  The beauty of dances with fans and small drums takes you back to the old Japan.
