Made popular by sushi, râmen, and other delicious dishes, Japanese cuisine offers a large range of tastes, textures, and colors, but also an insight in the history and traditions that are part of Japan’s daily life.
The Washoku area is inviting you to discover Japanese products with cooking or food-related demonstrations, presented by chefs and professionals. On their booths, Ozeki and Ajinomoto are introducing you to their products: sake brewed according to century-old methods for the first, and deli frozen food which brings Japan into your plate for the other.
