Tips for a stressless festival #2

Only 3 days left before the start! Here are a few tips that will help you to enjoy the festival without any stress!

Posted on

1. Presale tickets

  • We highly recommend that you purchase presale tickets, this will save you waiting time at the lines! In addition, presale tickets allow you to enter the festival from 9:00 am! Please click here to access our on-line ticketing.
  • If you wish to purchase a 4-day pass, you can only do it on-line. For this, click on this page.

2. A vital thing: water!

Météo France forecasts heat records throughout the festival (far above 30 degrees Celsius). In addition, due to the large number of visitors, temperature gets high very quickly! Therefore, we suggest that you wear light clothing and drink a lot: make sure you take enough bottles, water sprays for children, headscarves that you can moisten to keep you fresh… Continuous hydration is indispensable to avoid heat strokes!

3. Bag check

You can leave your personal belongings at the bag checks. For the fees, please click here.

4. Map of the festival layout

6. Signing sessions

As a fan, you surely want to keep as a memory an autograph from your favorite artist… Here are a few rules to get things to go as smoothly as possible:

  • You have to withdraw a signing ticket at the Signing Desk ("Point Dédicaces").
  • Please go to the Signing Desk as early as possible during the day (ideally when you arrive).

All signing sessions are:

And you can check the complete information about signing on this page.

7. Catering

Of course, you can bring your own food on the festival site. Many booths will also propose you Japanese dishes and sweets: a delightful occasion to try exotic flavors!

For the complete list of the catering offer, click here.

8. Babies and children

Children under 6 years old may enter without paying.

You can change babies’ diapers in several rooms distributed throughout the site. For safety reasons, these rooms are not equipped with microwaves nor bottle-warmers.

Do not underestimate the capacity of your children to get lost! Prevention is better than cure: your children should carry your phone number at all times! This way, the staff at the Information Desk will be able to reach you very quickly if needed. The Information Desk ("Point Info") is the meeting point between parents and lost children!
