BIOMOMO HASHIMOTO’s Japanese pastry chefs have settled in the South of France, where they propose a range of pastries and confectionery made from organic ingredients.
They invite you to two workshops on Friday to show you some of their recipes and explain how to use organic products in Japanese cooking.
