Last July, the Washoku area – created three years ago to put Japanese cuisine under the spotlight – welcomed Japanese chefs, cooking professionals, and thousands of foodies discovering their many secrets. The latter have learned several recipes thanks to the chefs’ demonstrations, like those of dorayaki or kushikatsu, which you will also find on this page, with a photo album on top, because Japanese food is also delicious to the eyes.
