To get a Platinum Ticket:

log in on Thursday a few minutes before 10.30 am (sign up on the website now if you’re not a member yet)
go to Japan Expo’s official ticket office on Thursday at 10.30
now you just have to book your Platinum Ticket and enjoy it at the festival
