Let’s remember the 15th Impact with the Guests of Honor
Time’s going too fast and soon it will be 3 months since we were at Japan Expo: our heads are full of memories of the 15th Anniversary and time has come to share them with you!

And for a start, we’ve made a recap of all that was going on with the Guests of Honor. The festival had 4 Guests of Honor to represent 4 major aspects of Japan Expo:
- manga with Izumi MATSUMOTO, the author of Kimagure Orange Road
- animation with Kitarô KÔSAKA, animator and in charge of the animation for studio Ghibli movies
- video games with Daigo IKENO, chara-designer and art director for Street Fighter
- J-music with Berryz Kobo x °C-ute, 2 bands who got together for a big show with 12 idols on stage
For its 15th Anniversary, Japan Expo was also delighted to welcome a major artist of the Japanese music scene as Special Guest: YOSHIKI joined us for a moving concert and many events that brought the fans together around him.
